KEEP OUR COMMUNITY CLEAN

Trash left on the walk or at the District property can be dangerous and obstruct ambulance, fire, and safety services.

  • Always place trash for collection near - but not in - the public walkway.

  • Never take any trash to the District property on Bay Walk.

  • Never leave household trash in or at community trash containers.

All trash must be stored in a container which is completely rodent and insect proof.

  • A secure garbage shed or caddy is the most effective way to keep pests out of the trash cans.

  • Using bungee cords or secure lids can also help keep animals out.

  • Homeowners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their own trash collection shed or area.

Failure to comply may result in a fine up to $500 for the first violation.
