KEEP OUR COMMUNITY CLEAN
Trash left on the walk or at the District property can be dangerous and obstruct ambulance, fire, and safety services.
Always place trash for collection near - but not in - the public walkway.
Never take any trash to the District property on Bay Walk.
Never leave household trash in or at community trash containers.
All trash must be stored in a container which is completely rodent and insect proof.
A secure garbage shed or caddy is the most effective way to keep pests out of the trash cans.
Using bungee cords or secure lids can also help keep animals out.
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their own trash collection shed or area.
Failure to comply may result in a fine up to $500 for the first violation.
